Аннотация The results of the investigations of the competitiveness of human potential in the new social-economic conditions were analyzed\r\nby the author. There was also accentuated the fact that it is necessary to create the prerequisites for the increase and regulation of\r\nthe staff competitiveness at the level of separate enterprises with the help of organizational-legal, financial-economic and social\r\nleverage which will allow to use human potential more effectively and as a result will open up new possibilities to use innovative\r\npotential defining the future of enterprises in conditions of competition.
